Competition Rules
By entering our one-wish.co.uk Free Monthly
Prize Draw and / or Bonus Prize Draw you agree to
be bound by the following competition rules.
(1)
By submitting your entry you agree to the following
(a) Website Terms of Use as listed on one-wish.co.uk
(b)
Privacy Policy as listed on one-wish.co.uk
(c)
Competition Rules as listed on one-wish.co.uk
(2)
Draw - Free Monthly Prize Draw
(a)
Each prize draw will take place on the last
“day” of the calendar month.
(b)
All referral ID’s received during the month of the current draw, via one-wish.co.uk using
the "prize draw entry form" will be entered into the prize draw ie: ID submitted
via one-wish.co.uk Jan 2010, will be entered into the Jan 2010 Free Monthly Prize Draw.
(c) No referral
ID’s will be carried forward into the next monthly draw after the month the referral ID was
first submitted via one-wish.co.uk.
(d)
Should a user wish to have their referral ID entered into the next monthly draw, a
user must re-submit their referral ID for the following subsequent month(s) after the month the users referral
ID was first submitted via one-wish.co.uk.
(e)
One winner will be drawn at random on the last "day" of each calendar month and notified by email.
(f)
one-wish.co.uk holds the final decision on all entries.
(g) one-wish.co.uk holds the final decision on all winners.

Draw - Bonus Prize Draw
(a)
Each prize draw will take place on the last
“day” of the calendar month.
(b)
All registered referral ID’s submitted during the month of the current
draw, via one-wish.co.uk using the "wish form" and submitted by a different
user and providing that user has made a wish will be entered into the Bonus Prize Draw ie: referral ID
submitted via one-wish.co.uk Jan 2010, will be entered into the Jan 2010 Bonus Prize Draw.
(c) No referral
ID’s will be carried forward into the next monthly draw after the month the referral ID was
first submitted via one-wish.co.uk.
(d)
Should a user wish to have their referral ID entered into the next monthly draw, a
user must re-submit their referral ID for the following subsequent month(s) after the month the users referral
ID was first submitted via one-wish.co.uk.
(e)
One winner, the person who has the highest number of different users who
make a wish and also submits that persons unique referral ID on
the wish form at the same time, via one-wish.co.uk is guaranteed to win.
(f)
In the event of a tie, more than one person who have the same highest number of entries submitted as in point (3) (e) above
will take place in a new draw, the winner will then be drawn at random.
(g) The winner of the Bonus Prize Draw will also have the same
number of bonus free entries (number of times their ID was submitted by different users in the current
month, via the wish form on one-wish.co.uk) into the Free Monthly PRIZE DRAW of the same month that they are
the winner of the Bonus Prize Draw. ie: If their highest number was 100, then they will be entitled
to receive 100 bonus free entries in the current Monthly Prize Draw. Winner of the JAN 2010 Bonus
Prize Draw will gain free entries into the JAN 2010 Free Monthly Prize Draw.
(h) one-wish.co.uk holds the final decision on all entries.

(4) Entry
(a)
All Users
must register their - referral ID by submitting the competition prize draw entry form to
be valid one-wish.co.uk/competition
(b)
There are no restrictions to the number of entries you are allowed, the more wishes your friends make the better
the chances of you winning.
(c)
Referral ID must be 10 characters
long and alphanumeric, for example: AB12345CD6 (Numbers and Letters)
(d)
A user must provide a valid email address to
enable one-wish.co.uk to contact them should the user be the monthly prize draw winner.
(e) If a user does not provide a valid email address on the competition prize draw entry
form their referral ID will not be included in the current or subsequent monthly prize draws.
(f) All email addresses will be added to our database to enable one-wish.co.uk
to contact those regarding special offers, newsletters as set out in the Privacy Policy as listed on one-wish.co.uk.
(5) Prize(s)
(a) Prizes are as shown on the following webpage one-wish.co.uk/competition
(b)
one-wish.co.uk reserves the right to substitute
any prize(s) for an alternative item at the sole discretion of one-wish.co.uk.
(6) Notification, Prize Winner
(a) The prize draw winner will be notified within 7 days of the prize draw providing the
user with the winning referral ID has submitted a valid email address.
(b) If no prize draw winner responds
within 7 days of being notified by email by one-wish.co.uk the prize will be forfeited.
(c) one-wish.co.uk
holds the final decision on all winners.
(7)
Disclosures
(a) Winners names will not be disclosed unless the winner
permits one-wish.co.uk to do so.
