One Wish for the World to Hear!
One Wish... Hmmm... During the course of my life I had made some very bad mistakes and displayed some really poor judgment. In result, I have cost my loving parents a vast amount of money in which I feel that I will never be able to pay back within my lifetime. Furthermore, because of my mistakes, I have plummeted to the very bottom of the well of unhappiness. It is when I was at the lowest of lows that I realized that life is about the happiness of others and the pursuit and act of making others happy.

I have never been happier than when I was making other people happy. I discovered that hard work, and determination is well worth the effort when all of that work and effort is put into the happiness of other people. Ever since I discovered this, I have given so much to those who are less fortunate and in need of someone who cares. Because of these decisions, I do not have much of anything. I do not have a car... I gave my car to someone who needed it more than I did. I have given away most of my furniture and clothes to less fortunate people. All of this giving has left me with very little as far as material things go. As for happiness, I am very wealthy. However, I have nothing left to give.

Everything that I work for now goes to bills and other things that I need for myself just to live. If I had one wish... it would be to win a very big lottery. Not so I can have big house or nice cars or expensive things. That type of stuff does nothing for me at all. However, I want to travel across the world and help as many people as I can. A lottery would give me the opportunity to help people from all cultures, and pay my parents back entirely for everything they have given me, and still take care of myself.

All I would get myself would be a small 2-3 bedroom house on 2 acres of land, one little car and one nice truck (so I can haul stuff to the people that I am helping). Plus a truck will make it possible to help people who are stuck, and they are useful in so many ways. Of course, I need furniture and clothes, but nothing fancy by no means. I'm a very simple guy with a very big heart. The rest of the money will be spent on traveling to help people, and the charity foundation that I want to start. The H.O.H.T. Foundation The second H is silent, which makes the correct pronunciation "HOT" Foundation. H.O.H.T. stands for Helping Others Help Themselves.

My dream is to travel and donate money to individuals and families who really need the money and teach and help these people to take care of themselves in ways that they are not used to because of the lack of money. I am sure that if I was to give 10 or 20 thousand dollars to a very poor family who has never had that much money, they would have no clue of where to go or how to start. I have never even seen that much money. I am by today's standards "poor" myself. I only make around $15-$16,000/year which is practically nothing.

If it wasn't for my parents, I would be homeless myself. I am still happy though, I have made a lot of people smile. I have given $100 to a guy at work who had a seizure and was out of work for two months. I bought another guy and his family a cell phone and paid his bill for them, as long as I could (I eventually had to stop because the $55/month was cutting into my bill money, and I was behind on payments). The family was very nice and understood. Fortunately, they could take over the payments and keep the cell phone. Any ways... That is my wish.

Why you may be asking don't I just work hard and make enough money to make your dream come true? Well, like I said, I have made some very bad decisions in my past, which eliminate me from being able to make the kind of money it would take to do what I want to do. I do work hard; I work very, very hard. I work my butt off and barely make enough to get by. In the past before I messed things up I used to work for a company as a Tech Supervisor for HP computers and Technology. I didn't work half as hard, and did 80% less work (mentally and physically) than at the job I work at now but I made around $62,000/year. Why is that? At my present job I work so hard that when I get home I am mentally and physically broke down. Work is so strenuous and physical and yet I only make $8.50/hr. These are the only types of jobs that I can get so there is no way I can accomplish my dream working in these types of jobs. That is why I need to win the lottery. If I win, everybody wins.

I promise on my life, and everything that it is important to me that I will help as many people as I can before I die. I will be smart with the money, hire a lawyer and a financial advisor explain to them what it is that I want to do and then BAM... I am off to help change the world. That is my wish, my dream and my life! To help change the world in a positive way and promote peace and love!
